Flex It Back
Flexibility is important to preventing injury and improving dance overall. This class is focused on back bending, shoulder and upper body flexibility.
*A yoga mat, blocks, and strap are recommended. You can also use things around the house, like books or a robe strap to improvise.
Because you love pole AND chair, we'll marry them together for a routine hot enough for a honeymoon.
*You will need a pole and chair for this class.
